Wild Bunch is a team effort born out of our family’s love for nature, creating things, and sharing our adventures with others.

We are a homeschooling family of 8 living in rural Alberta. We are surrounded by a beautiful community that has been pivotal in our growth as a family and in the creation of Wild Bunch. The bunch of us all have unique passions and interests which have become the building blocks of all the things we are looking forward to sharing with you.

Around our acreage on any given day you might find kittens tumbling in a field of strawberries, a sheepdog playing tag with Judd the donkey, kids crafting with wood, clay, and steel, and my husband Joe madly wielding a chainsaw, or tending to his medicinal herb garden while munching on something green. (Ask him if he knows the Latin name!) You might hear Ramone the rooster crowing arrogantly, or see our weird herd of cow, donkey and horses lazily absorbing rays from the sun. You might find me hanging out with my honeybees, although more than likely I’ll be heaped somewhere under never ending piles of laundry! These are the things of life around here, the ordinary, the beautiful, and the wild.
